Community agreements
Participants may pass, write privately, step out, or request a private conversation. Personal stories stay private unless safety or reporting responsibilities require help. No one assigns a calling, demands an immediate decision, or makes another person responsible for an outcome. Questions are welcome.
Use mixed group teaching with smaller circles for conversation. Offer separate men's and women's circles when that supports honesty and healthy encouragement. Know when pastoral care, professional counseling, legal guidance, or practical training is outside the retreat's role.
