Choose the Gathering Format

Weekend retreat

The primary format runs Friday 4:30 PM through Sunday noon. The times are examples and may be adapted while the eight movements remain in order and the scheduled ending is protected. Overnight lodging is helpful but not required.

Eight week group

Choose the evening and start time that fit the church or group. The sample guided gathering runs from 6:30 to 7:30 PM, with optional arrival beginning at 6:15 PM. This format supports regular church ministry rather than competing with Sunday or Wednesday services. Every meeting, including week eight, ends within the promised hour. Optional refreshments or conversation may follow.

Repeatable 60 minute rhythm

• 6:30 to 6:38: Welcome, Scripture, prayer, and opening question.
• 6:38 to 6:58: Focused teaching.
• 6:58 to 7:13: Guided workbook response.
• 7:13 to 7:25: Focused conversation and prayer.
• 7:25 to 7:30: One faithful practice and closing.
