Welcome to Purpose Led
Called to Faithfulness
Purpose Led helps people explore calling without pressure. It stands on its own and also partners naturally with Purpose Led: Discovering God's Calling. The goal is not to send everyone home with an impressive title or complete plan. The goal is to help people remain close to Jesus, recognize what God has placed in their hands, test direction wisely, and respond faithfully to what is clear today.
CORE DECLARATION
---
Purpose does not begin with knowing exactly where we are going. It begins with knowing Who we are following.
What participants should leave with
- Identity before assignment and freedom from the pressure to prove worth through usefulness.
- Language for distinguishing identity, purpose, gifts, calling, burdens, opportunities, and seasonal assignments.
- A way to test direction through Scripture, prayer, wise counsel, responsibilities, character, and fruit.
- One surrendered next faithful step and one trustworthy accountability relationship.
Leader posture
Teach with conviction while leaving room for questions, correction, and uncertainty. Never announce another person's calling, force disclosure, treat emotion as confirmation, or use spiritual language to end honest questions. Help people depend more deeply on Christ, not on the retreat leader.
