Walking with God · Part 6 of 19
When You Can’t See the Path
“For we walk by faith, not by sight:”2 Corinthians 5:7 (KJV)
Sometimes what we call wanting direction is really wanting enough information that we no longer have to trust God. We want a spotlight; He often gives a lamp.
Jesus said His sheep hear His voice and follow. They do not need to see the whole route if they know the Shepherd. When we cannot see, abiding may simply mean staying with the One who can.
Reflection
What has God made clear for today? Am I willing to obey without knowing what comes next?
