Leadership Team

• Primary teacher or facilitator who can keep the teaching grounded and the schedule moving.

• Host who handles basic logistics and participant questions.

• Worship and prayer support as needed.

• Care leaders who are calm, discreet, and familiar with local pastoral and professional resources.

• Follow through leader who contacts new believers and participants requesting connection after the retreat.

Supplies

• Bibles

• Participant workbooks and pens

• Any simple materials needed for the activities the host chooses to use

• Local follow through information for pastoral care, counseling, baptism, and small groups

Prepare the Setting

Choose a comfortable, accessible setting where participants can see and hear clearly. The host may arrange the room in whatever way best serves the gathering and should follow its usual safety practices.

Communication Before the Retreat

Clearly communicate the schedule, who the retreat is for, that sharing is voluntary, and how participants may request reasonable accommodations.
