Your Worth Is Already Bigger Than Your Performance

DEVOTIONAL

Grades matter, but they are not your identity. Sports matter, but they are not your identity.

Being funny, pretty, strong, talented, helpful, popular, or responsible can be good, but none of those things can carry the weight of telling you who you are.

In Christ, your identity begins with belonging to God. When you know that, you can work hard without making success your god and fail without believing failure is your name.

PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

thank You for teaching me how to build my life on Jesus. Help me grow in identity.

Show me what belongs to me, help me tell the truth, and teach me to respond with wisdom instead of reacting from fear or anger.

Help me notice the growth happening in my family without trying to control it.

Make me someone who brings truth, courage, responsibility, kindness, and peace into the places You have put me.
