Stewarding Your Service and Influence

What God does in you is meant to be lived through you for the sake of others.

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”

Matthew 5:16 (KJV)

“As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.”

1 Peter 4:10 (KJV)

What God does in you is not meant to stop with you.

Your life, your words, your service, and your influence all impact someone.

We are not called to hide what God has grown in us. We are called to live it out faithfully, serve with humility, speak truth with love, and point people back to Christ.

A faithful life multiplies beyond itself.

A life that multiplies beyond itself

The work God does within us is personal, but it is never meant to remain private. The comfort, wisdom, healing, gifts, and truth we receive become ways we can serve others. Our light points beyond us when our actions make the character of Christ visible.

Influence is not limited to a platform. It is present in a home, a conversation, a workplace, a friendship, and every place where another person experiences our words and choices. Faithful influence is less concerned with being noticed and more concerned with helping others see Jesus clearly.

Multiplication often begins quietly. We encourage one person, meet one need, share truth with grace, or invest patiently in someone’s growth. God determines the reach. We are responsible for offering what He has given us with humility, courage, and love.

Reflection

Who is being affected by the way I live and speak?

What has God grown in me that could now strengthen someone else?

Am I using influence to draw attention to myself or to point people toward Christ?

Live it out. Serve faithfully. Share the gospel.
